For those of you that live in rather large and grand properties and by that we mean, Grade 1, 2, listed - period properties ( a house which is much bigger than the average size home) we call these our Elite Homes.
Through word and reputation we are cleaning more and more of these chimneys and typically bigger properties come with bigger chimneys and much longer flues and, as a result of this, they can take a bit longer to clean.
If your home falls into this category or if you have any special requests then please let us know at the time of your booking. This way we can allocate the correct amount of time needed to clean the chimney and of course accommodate your wishes.
