I would just like to thank Carl and his team for going the extra mile to sort out a problem abandoned by another local sweep who left his brush up our chimney. This ended up being much more challenging than anticipated but they worked very hard until late into the evening to get my log burner working and tested. I would highly recommend Carl to everyone for his determination, knowledge and professionalism which is the only reason this job was not abandoned for a far more expensive solution. Carl has a passion for his trade and understands every aspect of it, if you hire someone else, don't be surprised when things go wrong and you are left holding a very expensive baby!

A short mail to say THANK YOU for our wood burner installation. Not only does it look great, but it all went so smoothly and to plan. That is the mark of a professional at work. I think it will make a huge difference to the "usability" of our cottage room, and that as a consequence we will spend more time there next winter. Just as well, because our "family room" at the back of the house has been taken over completely by our grandchildren and their toys!
